Application of paint products:

All materials supplied by iplastidip that are applied to customers projects are solely at the customers risk. We are in no way liable for any problems that occur. iplastidip is not liable for any damage, compensation or expenses accrued due to the application of product supplied. It is therefore suggested you apply first to an insignificant part of your project, leave for 1 week before removing to ensure it is safe on the project you are doing and you are happy with the result.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment:

PAYPAL Or Cash on collection at our Warehouse.

We also accept CHEQUE payments by post, and DIRECT BANK payments. Please request our Bankers Details if you wish to use this facility.

FORCE MAJEURE:

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered, that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, and other industrial disputes).

We can not anticipate all conditions under which this information and our products, or the products of other manufacturers in conjunction with our products, may be used.

We accept no responsibility for results obtained by the application of this information, or the safety and suitability of our products, either alone or in combination with other products. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we sell the products without warranty, and buyers and users assume all responsibility and liability for loss or damage arising from the handling and use of our products, whether used alone or in conjunction with other products. Ever changing VOC regulations in your area may require you contact local authorities for advice on proper use and disposal of our products. Should you need further assistance please contact us.

PRICES:

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are included on the total at checkout.

EXPORT:

We are able to supply goods tax free to businesses with valid VAT numbers for products exported overseas. Please request further details or a pro-forma invoice for the products required.

AVAILABILITY:

We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders. However, if for what ever reason we cannot supply an item that has been requested, we will advise you by return. At this point you will have the option of either a full refund (within 30 days), or we can hold your purchase as a back order. We will give you an estimated date of delivery on a back order but you may still cancel the transaction at any time for a full refund.

TRADE DESCRIPTIONS ACT:

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, variations may occur. Suitability for application, and performances of finished goods coated with Plasti Dip, is the sole responsibility of the customer and end user.

Product and item design, pre-treatment, coating conditions, quality assurance and conditions of product end use, are among the factors that affect performance of the coated products, and are outside Plasti Dip’s control. Plasti Dip expressly denies specific or implied warrantees, including warrantees for fitness for a particular use or purpose.

GUARANTEE DETAILS:

21 day money back guarantee. We believe that you will be delighted with your order but there may be an occasion when you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, we’ll refund your order, as long as it is unused.Please see returns Policy for more information.

Our on-line Sales Team aim to provide a high level of customer satisfaction, both with our products and the service we offer.
